Dan zijn wij de juiste plek voor jou! dit ga je doen Tijdens deze stage krijg je een actieve rol in het beheren en engagen van de online socialmediacommunity van HEMA in Nederland. Samen met het team zorg je voor interactie met onze volgers, beantwoord je vragen en reageer je op comments in de herkenbare HEMA-stijl. Om overzicht te bewaren, houd je het sentiment op onze kanalen nauwlettend in de gaten en zorg je dat alle inkomende reacties tijdig worden opgepakt. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is daarnaast het selecteren van de leukste fan reposts en het plaatsen daarvan op onze eigen kanalen. Daarnaast lever je maandrapportages op waarmee de groei en het sentiment van de community worden geëvalueerd en verbeterpunten zichtbaar worden. Regelmatig heb je contact met internationale collega's, waarmee je samenwerkt om de community van HEMA wereldwijd sterk en betrokken neer te zetten. dit bieden wij Bij HEMA werk je in een omgeving waar mensen écht samenwerken.
