Je vertaalt input en behoeften naar een inhoudelijk programma van online en offline activiteiten dat van meerwaarde is voor Community CX en het cluster Klantreizen, passend binnen de strategie van Gebruiker Centraal. Je behoudt het overzicht van alles wat er speelt binnen en buiten de community en levert onderbouwde analyses van thema's en behoeften met vertaling naar concrete community-activiteiten. Verantwoordelijkheden - Opzetten en uitvoeren van een programma van online en offline activiteiten en bijeenkomsten. - Ophalen van behoeften via behoefteonderzoek en geschikte gesprekstechnieken. - Helder verwoorden van de community-identiteit (doel, vorm, inhoud) naar leden en stakeholders. - Actief houden van de community via activiteiten, een communityforum en verschillende werkvormen. - Gebruik van technische mogelijkheden van platforms zoals Teams en Pleio om kennisdeling en interactie te stimuleren. - Leveren van onderbouwde analyses en regelmatig evalueren of het activiteitenprogramma nog aansluit bij behoeften en strategie. Werkwijze en samenwerking - Je werkt in twee kleine teams, in wisselende samenstellingen of zelfstandig. - Je neemt in sommige samenstellingen een aansturende/leidende rol en in andere een ondersteunende rol. - Je bent flexibel, schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en werkt volgens een duidelijke planning. - Je wisselt regelmatig tussen verschillende typen werkzaamheden, stakeholders en ontwikkelsnelheden, van communitymanagement en netwerkontwikkeling tot coördinatie en uitvoering binnen Klantreizen.
