Group De Ceuster is een internationaal familiebedrijf in volle beweging, waar mens en natuur centraal staan.

Vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Grobbendonk zijn we actief in 7 Europese landen en de USA, met meer dan 850 medewerkers en activiteiten binnen Plant Care, Animal Care en Bio Sciences.

Dankzij onze sterke groei en internationale expansie zoeken we een Comp&Ben Partner, die samen met onze Head of Compensation & Benefits vormgeeft aan ons internationaal compensation & benefits beleid.

Functie

Als Comp&Ben Partner word je een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen onze internationale HR-organisatie.

Je werkt actief mee aan het ontwikkelen, harmoniseren en implementeren van een toekomstgericht rewardbeleid, waaronder voor onze Franse entiteiten.

Daarbij komen volgende verantwoordelijkheden kijken:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van ons salarishuis
  • Adviseren van managers, HR-collega’s en medewerkers over verloningsvraagstukken
  • Ondersteunen van onze internationale HR-collega’s (EU) rond compensation & benefits
  • Beleid uitwerken rond bonusplannen, incentives en extralegale voordelen
  • Uitvoeren van benchmarks, marktanalyses en reward-simulaties
  • Ondersteunen bij functiewaarderingen en het beheer van ons functiehuis
  • Internationale richtlijnen vertalen naar lokale toepassingen
  • Actief deelnemen aan projecten rond variabele verloning, CAO90, warrants,…
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke policies, richtlijnen en reward-tools

In deze functie rapporteer je aan onze HR Director en werk je nauw samen met onze Head of Compensation & Benefits en andere HR-collega’s.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Grobbendonk, maar zal ook regelmatig onze internationale, Europese vestigingen bezoeken.

Profiel

Ben jij een analytische HR-professional, die energie haalt uit cijfers, beleid en advies? Weet jij verloningsvraagstukken helder te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen? En voel je je thuis in een internationale context? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Verder zijn we voor onze International Reward Partner op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in HR, economie, rechten of gelijkaardig
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring heeft binnen Compensation & Benefits, Reward of Global Mobility
  • Naast Nederlands ook uitstekend Frans spreekt en ook de Engelse taal machtig is
  • Affiniteit heeft met internationale arbeidsvoorwaarden, loonbeleid en benchmarking
  • Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en proactieve aanpak hanteert

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je bereid bent regelmatig naar het buitenland te reizen, binnen de EU.

Heb je ervaring met SAP SuccessFactors? Dan is dat zeer mooi meegenomen!
