The posting

De compagnon de route (CDR) is de metgezel voor deelnemers en speelt een cruciale rol in ons project.

De CDR heeft ervaring met intensieve begeleiding.

Er wordt op maat en tempo van de deelnemers gewerkt. Er wordt stapsgewijs en integraal (over alle levensdomeinen heen) gewerkt richting activering in de brede zin van het woord.

De CDR is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en bijsturing van de individuele trajecten van de deelnemers. Hierbij blijft de deelnemer eigenaar van zijn of haar traject en gekozen pad. Dit binnen een kader van rechten en plichten.

De CDR heeft ervaring in het leggen en onderhouden van contacten met alle mogelijke actoren en heeft een goede kennis van de sociale kaart.

Je bent veel de baan op in de regio Zuid- en West-Vlaanderen.

  • Pedagogische kwaliteiten door werkervaring en/of studies.
  • Gevoel voor netwerking.
  • Zelfredzaam, adaptief en flexibel je weg vinden in heel uiteenlopende omgevingen i.f.v. de deelnemer en het project.
  • Zowel individueel als in team kunnen functioneren.
  • Opportuniteiten zien, crëeren en grijpen i.f.v. de deelnemer en het project.
