Aufgaben * Erarbeitung einer globalen Vergütungsstrategie sowie Unterstützung der lokalen HR-Teams bei der Umsetzung * Durchführung der allgemeinen Vergütungsprozesse: Stellenbewertungen, Gehaltserhöhungen, Personalplanung, Boni usw. * Überprüfung/Aktualisierung bestehender Gehaltsstrukturen, anhand Marktanalysen, zur Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit * Laufende Daten- und Kostenanalyse und Ausarbeitung von Entwicklungsvorschlägen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Branchenstandards * Globale Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg:innen in Bezug auf Vergütungsprüfungsprozess, Datenvalidierung, Prozessverbesserung, Off-Cycle-Anträge usw. * Bewertung/Verbesserung aktueller Vergütungsprogramme in Bezug auf die Gesichtspunkte Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit und Integration * Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus HR/Finance bei der Entwicklung von Vergütungs- und Sozialleistungsrichtlinien und -programmen sowie Kommunikation an die Mitarbeitenden * Verwaltung von Sozialleistungsprogrammen (Krankenversicherung, Altersvorsorge, bezahlte Freistellung etc.)

Skills * Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, HR-Management o.Ä. und/oder mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Vergütung, HR oder Finanzen/Controlling * Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen für die Auszahlung von Leistungsanreizen * Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vergütungsanalysesoftwares/SAP * Kenntnisse in der Einführung globaler Gehaltsbänder * Kenntnisse über Initiativen zur Förderung von Vielfalt, Gleichberechtigung und Integration im Zusammenhang mit Vergütungsprogrammen * Erfahrung in der Verwaltung umfassender Sozialleistungsprogramme sowie Altersversorgungsplänen und Pensionsplänen * Kenntnis über rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen zu Vergütung und Zusatzleistungen * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
