HOE ZIET JOUW WERKDAG ERUIT? Je hebt een sleutelrol in het verder vormgeven en realiseren van de Compensation & Benefits-agenda binnen de organisatie. Met jouw strategische blik vertaal je beleid naar concrete oplossingen en zorg je voor een succesvolle implementatie. Daarbij vertaal je marktontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en organisatiedoelstellingen naar toekomstbestendige oplossingen die bijdragen aan een aantrekkelijk en concurrerend arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor HR, Finance en het bestuur en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen strategische vraagstukken en de praktische uitvoering. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt eigenaarschap en bent tegelijkertijd een verbindende sparringpartner die verschillende belangen weet samen te brengen. Samen met de CHRO ben je nauw betrokken bij de Ondernemingsraad en fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken rondom beloning en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je adviseert op senior niveau, weet complexe onderwerpen helder te vertalen naar concrete voorstellen en creëert draagvlak binnen de organisatie. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CHRO. Deze functie vraagt om analytisch vermogen, organisatiesensitiviteit en overtuigingskracht.
