U speelt een rol als strategisch leider van uw gebied en stuurt tegelijk de dagelijkse operatie van uw team aan. U begeleidt uw team bij het stroomlijnen van processen en zorgt ervoor dat strategieën en tactieken effectief worden vertaald naar actie. Tegelijkertijd fungeert u als partner van het senior management: u deelt graag inzichten, resultaten en concrete aanbevelingen. Met een groeiende focus op het ontwikkelen van uw eigen specifieke prognoses. Uw vermogen om operationeel inzicht te combineren met langetermijnvisie zorgt voor volledige controle over de resultaten van uw gebied.
