Je bent zichtbaar in de wijk, weet wat er speelt en maakt makkelijk verbinding met bewoners, collega's en samenwerkingspartners. Jouw nieuwe baan - Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar in de wijk en vormt een belangrijk gezicht van de woningcorporatie. - Je draagt bij aan een schone, hele en veilige woonomgeving. - Je spreekt bewoners aan op verantwoordelijkheden en gemaakte afspraken. - Je signaleert overlast, ongewenst gedrag en andere ontwikkelingen in de wijk. - Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, collega's, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen. - Je neemt initiatieven die bijdragen aan leefbaarheid en prettig wonen. - Je weet wat er speelt in jouw complexen en wijken en speelt hier actief op in. Wij vragen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als wijkbeheerder, complexbeheerder of huismeester binnen een woningcorporatie. - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en stapt gemakkelijk op bewoners af. - Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet wanneer het nodig is om samen te werken of op te schalen. - Je bent gewend om te schakelen tussen bewoners, collega's en externe partijen.
