In deze rol help jij bij het compleet maken van KYC-dossiers. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, ondersteunt hen bij het aanleveren van de juiste informatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes wordt vastgelegd. De ideale rol voor iemand die energie haalt uit structuur, klantcontact én resultaat boeken. Dit ga je doen In deze rol werk je aan het actualiseren van klantdossiers. De klant wordt automatisch gevraagd om informatie aan te leveren, maar dit gebeurt niet altijd vanzelf. Jij: - Neemt contact op met klanten om ontbrekende gegevens te verzamelen; - Helpt klanten telefonisch indien nodig met het invullen van informatie; - Controleert de ontvangen documentatie op volledigheid en juistheid; - Zorgt dat dossiers op tijd en zorgvuldig worden bijgewerkt. Je werkt hybride, met twee dagen per week op kantoor in Hilversum of Utrecht. Je bent fit for the job als je... - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de achtergrond rechten, criminologie of bedrijfskunde; - Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt van klantcontact; - Je werkt gestructureerd en bent resultaatgericht; - Je vindt het leuk om een rol te spelen in het verbeteren van klantdossiers; - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
