Wie is onze Compliance Coördinator en wat wordt er verwacht...

Als Compliance Coördinator bij Cras speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen dat het bedrijf aan alle relevante wettelijke en normatieve vereisten voldoet. Dit houdt in dat je zorgt voor de naleving van certificeringen en normen, met een bijzondere focus op de Europese wetgeving inzake duurzaamheid.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat Cras voldoet aan de vereiste certificeringen en normen, waaronder PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), ISPM 15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) en CE-markering,
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van procedures die ervoor zorgen dat Cras voldoet aan de certificering vereisten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle interne processen zijn afgestemd op de vereisten van deze regelgeving en dat de informatievoorziening correct is.
  • Opvolgen en coördineren van productgerelateerde audits ter naleving van de wettelijke vereisten.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle benodigde data wordt verkregen voor de naleving van de regelgeving.
  • Opmaken van diverse attesten om aan te tonen dat Cras voldoet aan de regelgeving.
  • Bewustzijn creëren binnen de organisatie omtrent normen en certificering en het belang van naleving benadrukken door middel van trainingen en het delen van up-to-date informatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, maar ook in het Frans en Engels.
  • Duurzaamheid vind je een boeiend thema waarin je je volledig wil verdiepen.
  • Je krijgt heel wat op je bord, maar dat schrikt je niet af.
  • Prioriteiten stellen en taken afwerken behoren tot je vaste manier van werken.
  • Kennis FSC, PEFC is een meerwaarde!
  • Snel in het aanleren van nieuwe software
  • Plannen en Organiseren zijn enkele van je sterke punten
  • Je houdt overzicht over je eigen werk en zorgt dat deadlines gehaald worden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid, pakt problemen aan en verbetert bestaande processen proactief.
  • Je handelt proactief en anticipeert op markt- en concurrentiefactoren.
