Compliance Coördinator (32 - 40 UUR) Nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, toenemende eisen vanuit klanten en leveranciers en een steeds complexere internationale keten vragen om een gestructureerde aanpak. Daarom zijn we bij Coulisse op zoek naar een Compliance Coördinator. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Legal, Quality, Inkoop, Supply Chain, Product Management en Sales. Je signaleert relevante ontwikkelingen, vertaalt deze naar de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat complianceprocessen goed zijn ingericht en geborgd. Je werkt nauw samen met onze compliance officers, ieder met een eigen specialisme. Daarbij breng je structuur aan, houd je overzicht en verbind je verschillende afdelingen om compliance duurzaam te verankeren binnen onze organisatie. YOUR ROLE - Inrichten, onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van product- en ketencompliance binnen Coulisse - Volgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar praktische richtlijnen en acties - Faciliteren van samenwerking tussen betrokken afdelingen en ondersteunen bij compliancevraagstukken - Signaleren van risico's en verbetermogelijkheden Beheren en actualiseren van compliance-documentatie, standaardverklaringen en richtlijnen - Coördineren van compliance-informatie voor interne en externe stakeholders - Ondersteunen bij audits, assessments en klantbeoordelingen - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van complianceprocessen en governance - Bevorderen van kennisdeling en compliancebewustzijn binnen de organisatie - Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor compliance-gerelateerde vragen YOUR TEAM Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Legal & Compliance Team en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Legal.
