Daarbij ontvang je salaris tot € 4.462 per maand, krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en een brede rol met zichtbare impact op 16 vestigingen van onze uitzendbureaus. /p pOver de vacature:br/ /p pAls compliance controller zorg je ervoor dat onze interne processen voldoen aan de dynamische kwaliteitsnormen. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, legt de resultaten vast en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen door verbeteringen in gang te zetten en deze te volgen. Je hebt veel contact met collega's, waarbij je hen ondersteunt bij het naleven van processen en als vraagbaak fungeert voor vragen over wet- en regelgeving, inclusief CAO-kennis. De afdeling Control bestaat uit 5 medewerkers: twee richten zich op financial controllerswerkzaamheden, jij en je collega's richten zich op kwaliteit compliance.
