Jouw rol als Compliance Engineer Cross Contamination

Heb je interesse om quality compliance te combineren met technisch risicobeheer in een farmaceutische productieomgeving? Als Compliance Engineer Cross Contamination speel je een belangrijke rol in het onderhouden en versterken van de strategie rond kruiscontaminatie op een API-productiesite in Geel. Je werkt nauw samen met operations en verschillende afdelingen om contaminatierisico’s te identificeren, beoordelen en beperken. Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan duurzame compliance en aan veilige productieprocessen. Het gaat om een zichtbare functie met een directe impact op kwaliteit, operationele excellentie en continue verbetering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Risico’s op kruiscontaminatie identificeren, analyseren en mitigeren binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met operations en andere interne stakeholders om een duurzame contaminatiecontrolestrategie te ondersteunen.
  • Toepassen van GMP-richtlijnen en kwaliteitsvereisten binnen een API-productieomgeving.
  • Ondersteunen van change management-processen, inclusief MOC, in functie van compliance en risicobeheersing.
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van risk assessments met methodologieën zoals FMEA en andere relevante risicobeoordelingen.
  • Bijdragen aan veilige processen, kwaliteitsborging en continue verbetering.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Chemical Engineering, Procestechnologie, Chemie, Bio-engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een farmaceutische of industriële productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van GMP, change management, MOC, FMEA en risk assessment-methodologieën.
  • Inzicht in risico’s rond kruiscontaminatie en principes van contaminatiecontrole.
  • Kennis van Annex 1 is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en bouwt sterke werkrelaties op.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet kwaliteitsvereisten in balans te brengen met operationele realiteit.
  • Je brengt mensen samen rond een gemeenschappelijk doel en coördineert activiteiten doeltreffend.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.
