In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Vorstand zusammen und gestalten die Compliance-Organisation der Dornbirner Sparkasse im Rahmen einer strukturierten Nachfolgeplanung nachhaltig und zukunftsorientiert mit. Ziel ist es, Sie umfassend in die regulatorischen, organisatorischen und operativen Anforderungen dieser Schlüsselfunktion einzuführen und sukzessive Verantwortung zu übertragen. 1 Compliance-Expert:in mit Entwicklungsperspektive Dornbirn, Vollzeit, Legal / Compliance / Audit

HAUPTAUFGABEN

* Übernahme der Funktion als WAG Compliance Beauftragte:r samt BWG und IDD Compliance

* Durchführung jährlicher Risikoanalysen sowie risikobasierte Überwachung des Wertpapiergeschäfts

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung relevanter Richtlinien

* Beratung des Vorstands und der Fachbereiche bei regulatorischen Themen sowie Produkt- und Prozessänderungen

* Erstellung von Berichten an Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat

* Organisation von Schulungen

* Ausübung des Weisungsrechts im Aufgabenbereich

* Verantwortung für regulatorische Compliance (GMSG und FATCA)

* Übernahme der Funktion als Geldwäschebeauftragte:r

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts-, Wirtschaftsrechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bankenumfeld

* Erfahrung im Compliance-Bereich eines Kreditinstituts bzw. im Bank-/Wertpapierumfeld

* Kenntnisse in Bankenregulatorik (z. B. BWG, WAG, MiFID/MAR) sowie Verständnis aufsichtsrechtlicher Zusammenhänge

* Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Kenntnisse in Geldwäscheprävention (AML), Sanktionen und regulatorischer Compliance; FATCA/CRS von Vorteil oder Lernbereitschaft

* Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
