Wij zijn op zoek naar een compliance expert die hoofdzakelijk aan de slag gaat rond gegevensbescherming (DPO) en de AI Act, zowel vanuit onze kantoren als in-house bij de klant. Bewezen ervaring in andere compliance-domeinen — zoals AML — is een sterke troef.

Als Legal & Compliance Consultant neem je een sleutelrol op in het zelfstandig beheren van een eigen portefeuille aan klantendossiers, die je van A tot Z opvolgt. Je verleent onderbouwd, degelijk en helder geformuleerd advies, steeds op maat van de specifieke noden, context en risico's van de betrokken organisatie.

Je staat in voor het redigeren en onderhandelen van contracten, policies en procedures en verdedigt je visie op een overtuigende en constructieve manier tegenover de klant, wiens belangen je behartigt. Je analyseert risico's en aansprakelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar concrete, werkbare oplossingen — van sluitende contractuele clausules tot pragmatische compliance-processen.

  • minstens 3 jaar bewezen ervaring in één of meer compliance-domeinen: gegevensbescherming, informatieveiligheid, AI-governance, AML, …
  • Relevante certificeringen zijn een sterke troef: CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001, AML-certificaten
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig in-house bij de klant te werken, naast één van onze kantoren in Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent, Kortrijk, Tervuren of Louvain-la-Neuve
  • Een officieel taalcertificaat is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt integer, vakkundig en gemotiveerd, Je kan zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken, Je hanteert een oplossingsgerichte, no-nonsense aanpak, Je hebt affiniteit met het bedrijfsleven en/of de publieke sector, Je functioneert vlot in teamverband, Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden
