Als Compliance officer zorg jij ervoor dat beleid, processen en werkwijzen blijven aansluiten op de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, overziet risico's en zet dit om in concrete acties. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig en proactief, in nauwe afstemming met collega's, management en directie. Je bent onafhankelijk en beschikt over een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht. Je standplaats is Lichtenvoorde, waarbij het ook mogelijk is om een deel van de week te werken vanuit één van onze andere kantoren. Wat ga je doen? Als Compliance officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, onderhouden en toetsen van de naleving van externe wet- en regelgeving en interne voorschriften binnen onze accountantspraktijk. Je ondersteunt daarmee de integere en beheerste bedrijfsvoering zoals vereist onder de Wet toezicht accountantsorganisaties (Wta) en aanverwante regelgeving. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met andere collega's binnen het MT-kwaliteit. Samen adviseer je over compliancevraagstukken en zorg je ervoor dat aandacht voor kwaliteit en naleving van wet- en regelgeving goed is verankerd in de organisatie. Wat houdt dit concreet in: - Je rapporteert aan het dagelijks bestuur/beleidsbepalers; - Je functioneert onafhankelijk van de commerciële en uitvoerende praktijk; - Je hebt een adviserende én toezichthoudende rol (second line of defense); - Je bent aanspreekpunt voor onder andere AFM , NBA en SRA. Je houdt je verder bezig met: - Actueel houden van het stelsel van kwaliteitsbeheersing (SKM1 en 2) waaronder het kwaliteits- en procedurehandboek; - Coördineren van diverse kwaliteitsmaatregelen (waaronder interne dossierreviews, opdrachtgerichte kwaliteits...
