Als compliance officer ben je dé adviseur van het bestuur op het gebied van integriteit, wet- en regelgeving en risicobeheersing. Je analyseert processen, prikt door systemen heen en signaleert waar risico's ontstaan. Of je nu een ervaren compliance manager bent of op zoek bent naar een junior compliance baan: bij aaff krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte om te groeien én een plek binnen een betrokken, professioneel team. Onze collega's van team Compliance & Risk duiken écht de organisatie in. We voeren interne onderzoeken uit, analyseren klachten, houden interviews, stellen scherpe vragen en beoordelen processen op risico's. Denk aan thema's zoals privacy, sanctiebeleid, datalekken en klokkenluidersregelingen. Onze afdeling Compliance & Risk is onafhankelijk, werkt samen met alle teams én heeft korte lijntjes met de Raad van Bestuur. We houden toezicht op drie cruciale thema's: - De werking van ons kwaliteitsstelsel - De integriteit van klanten én collega's - Een gezonde, toekomstbestendige financiële bedrijfsvoering Signaleren we een risico? Dan adviseren we directie of bestuur en begeleiden we bij herstelmaatregelen. Zo blijft aaff stevig én wendbaar.
