Onder D&S vallen meerdere bedrijven die actief zijn in het distributie en services segment met daarbinnen een zeer divers scala aan bedrijfsactiviteiten en verzekeringsproducten. Belangrijkste bedrijven binnen D&S zijn VKG, DutchID (o.a. Boval en Felison), Nedasco, D&S Participaties en SuperGarant. D&S heeft als kerntaak het ontwikkelen van een centrale strategie voor alle deelnemingen met als gevolg een goede samenwerking en synergie tussen elkaar. Dit doen ze in totaal met ongeveer 1.000 medewerkers. Een enthousiaste en groeiende club waar samenwerken hoog in het vaandel staat. Omdat een verdere professionaliseringsslag gewenst is zoeken wij samen met Boval een ervaren Compliance Officer. Functie omschrijving Als Compliance Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de naleving van alle relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de organisatie. Je taken omvatten het ontwikkelen en implementeren van compliance beleid en procedures, het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, en het bieden van training en begeleiding aan het personeel over compliance-onderwerpen. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij het beoordelen en adviseren over compliance-kwesties gerelateerd aan nieuwe producten en diensten. Je bent de spil in het bevorderen van een cultuur van integriteit en ethisch handelen binnen het bedrijf. Een sterke kennis van de verzekeringssector en relevante wetgeving is essentieel voor deze positie. Je werkt niet alleen, maar maakt deel uit van een team van deskundige compliance professionals die werkzaam zijn binnen zelfstandige opererende bedrijven binnen de groep..
