Jouw rol binnen ons kantoor Als Compliance Officer ben je de inhoudelijke spil in cliëntenonderzoek en risicomanagement. Je adviseert over de toepassing van de Wwft en zorgt dat onze processen niet alleen voldoen aan wetgeving, maar ook bijdragen aan de professionalisering van ons kantoor. In deze functie heb je de regie over: - Direct cliëntcontact : je begeleidt cliënten professioneel door het complianceproces en vraagt de noodzakelijke informatie op. - Cliëntonderzoek en dossiervorming : je voert diepgaande KYC/CDD-onderzoeken uit en waarborgt met een zorgvuldige vastlegging de integriteit van onze dienstverlening. - Intern advies en samenwerking: je bent het klankbord voor (kandidaat-)notarissen en slaat de brug tussen juridische inhoud en de praktijk. - Beleidsontwikkeling : je vertaalt nieuwe wetgeving naar praktisch beleid en signaleert proactief verbeterpunten in onze procedures. Wie jij bent Je bent een juridische professional (hbo/wo) met ervaring in de Wwft. Je bent analytisch sterk, staat stevig in je schoenen en doorgrondt complexe structuren met gemak. Accuratesse is voor jou een tweede natuur. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Een proactieve, zelfstandige werkhouding. - Ervaring met Codex (pré).
