* Weiterentwicklung einer internationalen Compliance-Organisation * Beratung des Vorstands und anderer Unternehmenseinheiten in den Bereichen Kapitalmarkt-Compliance, Antikorruption, Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht, Geldwäscheprävention etc. * Erfüllung verschiedener Meldepflichten * Verwaltung von Managertransaktionen und zugehörigen Aufzeichnungen * Mitwirkung im Rahmen von Geschäftspartnerprüfungen (Integrity Due Diligence) * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen * Training und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der Organe der Gesellschaften der Kapsch TrafficCom Gruppe * Erstellung und Aktualisierung interner Richtlinien und Prozesse * Prävention, Erkennung und Aufarbeitung von Compliance-Verstößen * Bearbeitung von Whistleblower-Meldungen * Mitarbeit in der ESG-Taskforce mit Fokus auf Governance-Themen * Mitarbeit an der Wesentlichkeitsanalyse * Umsetzung, Reporting und Auditbegleitung bezüglich ESRS G1-1, G1-3 und G1-4 * Allgemeine rechtliche Beratung betreffend CSRD, NaBeG, NaDiVeG, Taxonomie-VO etc. * Zusammenarbeit mit Rechtsanwälten und sonstigen Beratern * Ansprechperson für die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsicht

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Compliance Management von Vorteil * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines international tätigen Unternehmens, in einer international tätigen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Compliance * Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Kapitalmarktrecht sowie Kenntnisse in weiteren Corporate-Compliance-relevanten Rechtsgebieten, z. B. Bestimmungen zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und Korruption, Whistleblowing sowie Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht * Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht und M&A-Transaktionen * Sie sind eine proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit und zeichnen sich durch hohes Verhandlungsgeschick, pragmatisches Denken, Lösungsorientierung sowie Kooperations- und Analysefähigkeit aus * Sie verfügen über eine hohe sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil * Sie sind bereit, sich selbstständig und rasch in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten * Hohe rechtliche und persönliche Integrität
