Als Compliance Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen een professionele organisatie. Je analyseert financiële transacties, identificeert potentiële risico’s en zorgt ervoor dat interne processen voldoen aan de geldende compliancevereisten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan een sterke compliancecultuur. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Monitoren en analyseren van betalingstransacties om verdachte of afwijkende activiteiten op te sporen
  • Uitvoeren van due diligence-onderzoeken en screenings van klanten, leveranciers en zakenpartners
  • Ondersteunen van KYC-, KYB-, AML- en CTF-processen
  • Controleren van transacties aan de hand van interne richtlijnen en internationale sanctielijsten
  • Onderzoeken van compliancewaarschuwingen en escaleren van mogelijke risico’s
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en adviseren van interne stakeholders
  • Ondersteunen van interne audits en compliancecontroles
  • Samenwerken met Finance, Procurement en Legal om processen verder te optimaliseren

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een juridische, financiële of economische richting
  • Je hebt reeds 2-3 jaar ervaring binnen compliance
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en interesse in financiële transacties en regelgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je durft kritisch te denken en stelt de juiste vragen
  • Je communiceert helder en vertaalt complexe informatie naar praktisch advies
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
