Jouw baan als Compliance Engineer

Ben jij sterk in GMP-compliance én heb je een technische achtergrond binnen engineering of qualification? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Als Compliance Engineer maak je deel uit van het Reliability & Support team binnen Engineering & Maintenance. Je vormt de brug tussen kwaliteit, engineering, maintenance en qualification. Daarbij ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor compliance-gerelateerde vragen en zorg je ervoor dat processen voldoen aan de geldende farmaceutische richtlijnen. Dankzij jouw expertise help je de organisatie risico's beheersen en kwaliteitsstandaarden bewaken.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van acties binnen het Veeva QMS.
  • Coördineren van root cause investigations bij technische afwijkingen.
  • Opstellen en beheren van change controls met diverse stakeholders.
  • Uitwerken van CAPA-plannen en opvolgen van acties.
  • Bewaken van periodieke reviews van technische documentatie.
  • Adviseren van engineering- en maintenance-teams rond compliance.
  • Vertalen van GMP-vereisten naar praktische technische oplossingen.

Je werkt zelfstandig en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders. Je weet complexe situaties helder te analyseren en behoudt overzicht binnen multidisciplinaire projecten. Dankzij je pragmatische aanpak kom je tot gedragen oplossingen zonder de kwaliteitsvereisten uit het oog te verliezen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor of master in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen pharma, engineering of qualification.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met GMP-compliance en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Kennis van Eudralex, Annex 1, ICH en relevante ISPE-richtlijnen.
  • Ervaring met Veeva QMS, deviations, CAPA en change controls.
