Als Compliance Validation Officer krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen in de tweede verdedigingslinie van ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met de Compliance Officer en speelt een cruciale rol in de validatie en beoordeling van AML/KYC-processen. Met jouw proactieve houding en scherp oog voor detail, draag je bij aan een meer veilige en transparante organisatie. Beschrijving - Als Compliance Validation Officer draagt u actief bij aan het soepel functioneren van het compliancesysteem van de Belgische vestiging. Je werkt in de tweede lijn met een onafhankelijke beoordelings- en validatierol, terwijl je fungeert als de operationele rechterarm van de Compliance Officer / AMLCO; - AML/KYC/KYT-validatie en controle; - Zorg voor onafhankelijke beoordeling en validatie van KYC-bestanden (onboarding, periodieke beoordelingen, triggergebeurtenissen); - Daag de KYT-analyses en atypische transacties uit die door de eerste regel zijn geïdentificeerd; - Beoordeel de kwaliteit en consistentie van risicoanalyses uitgevoerd door operationele teams; - Draag bij aan escalatieprocessen en voorbereiding van AML/CFT-beslissingen; - Neem deel aan de actualisering van de AML-risicobeoordeling en de voortdurende verbetering van het systeem; - Controle op naleving van regelgeving (MiFID en andere verplichtingen); - Voer controles op tweede niveau uit als onderdeel van het Compliance Monitoring Plan; - Controleer de correcte toepassing van MiFID-regels (klantclassificatie, geschiktheid, productgovernance, belangenconflicten, beste uitvoering); - Draag bij aan de opvolging van compliance-incidenten en corrigerende actieplannen; - Neem deel aan de effectbeoordelingen van ...
