Das Team Mobile Self Checkout entwickelt innovative Self-Checkout-Lösungen für die REWE Group und gestaltet die digitale Einkaufserfahrung von morgen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung der Scan&Go-Lösung sowie der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Ein agiles Arbeitsumfeld und ein engagiertes Team aus vier Kolleg:innen bieten dabei viel Raum für Innovation und Mitgestaltung.

1 Component Lead (m/w/d) - Scan & Go Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 1120 Wien, Am Europlatz 2, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben

* Fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mobile-Self-Checkout-Lösung: Scan&Go

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und dem Entwicklungsteam zur Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen

* Mitarbeit an der Produkt-Roadmap sowie Priorisierung von Anforderungen, Features und Arbeitspaketen

* Analyse und Konkretisierung fachlicher sowie technischer Anforderungen

* Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Entwicklerteams in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld

* Moderation und Begleitung von Sprint Plannings, Refinements und weiteren agilen Formaten

* Aktive Mitgestaltung innovativer Self-Checkout-Lösungen und kontinuierliche Optimierung des digitalen Einkaufserlebnisses

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, Ausbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Organisation oder HTL-Abschluss mit IT-Schwerpunkt

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld sowie erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams

* Praxis in den Bereichen Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering und agilen Arbeitsmethoden

* Gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen

* Verständnis von IT-Entwicklungskonzepten und Kundenanforderungen

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Abläufe im Einzelhandel

* Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sprachkompetenzen: Deutsch und Englisch: B2 (sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag)
