Waarom jij als Compounder onmisbaar bent

Als Compounder ben jij het hart van het productieproces. Jij bent degene die grondstoffen omzet in hoogwaardige cosmetische producten. Zonder jouw precisie en vakmanschap is er geen eindproduct. Jouw werk bepaalt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitstraling van het merk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Compounder:

  • Samenstellen van cosmetische bereidingen volgens strikte recepturen
  • Nauwkeurig wegen en afmeten van grondstoffen – jouw precisie is cruciaal
  • Grondstoffen beheren en verplaatsen met de heftruck
  • Reinigen van ketels en materiaal om hygiëne te waarborgen
  • Stalen nemen voor kwaliteitscontrole
  • Documentatie bijhouden zodat alles traceerbaar is

Jouw profiel als Compounder

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs in chemie, voeding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt ordelijk en hygiënisch
  • Ervaring met een heftruck (liefst met attest)
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af
  • Je bent gestructureerd, nauwgezet en zelfstandig
