FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een stabiel en groeiend rubberverwerkend bedrijf in Kluisbergen zijn wij op zoek naar een compoundeur/menger voor de vaste namiddagploeg.

Ben jij iemand die rustig blijft onder druk, nauwkeurig werkt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Jouw functie

Als compoundeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct samenstellen en mengen van rubbercompounds volgens vastgelegde recepten en procedures. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en waakt voortdurend over de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Jouw taken

  • Nauwkeurig lezen en uitvoeren van mengrecepten en werkinstructies.
  • Correct afwegen en doseren van grondstoffen, zowel manueel als computergestuurd.
  • Bedienen, opvolgen en bewaken van de menginstallaties.
  • Controleren van de geproduceerde rubbercompound en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek om vervuiling van producten te vermijden.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Werkuren

Je werkt in een vaste namiddagploeg:

  • Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 13u00 - 21u00
  • Vrijdag: 12u00 - 19u00

Tijdens de opleidingsperiode werk je tijdelijk in de voormiddagploeg.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan problemen zelfstandig analyseren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Fysiek werk vormt voor jou geen uitdaging.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer.
  • Je blijft kalm in drukke situaties en neemt doordachte beslissingen.
