Notre client est un acteur reconnu du secteur culturel et de l'édition, faisant partie d'un groupe international présent en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Asie. Basée à Bruxelles, cette structure à taille humaine rassemble une cinquantaine de collaborateurs autour de plusieurs maisons d'édition.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement familial, créatif et dynamique, où les équipes Finance collaborent étroitement avec les départements éditorial, commercial, fabrication et marketing. L'entreprise poursuit également sa transformation digitale avec la mise en place de nouveaux outils et l'optimisation progressive de ses processus.

Votre fonction

En tant que Collaborateur Financier, vous rejoignez une équipe Finance pluridisciplinaire et travaillez à la croisée de la comptabilité, des droits d'auteur et du contrôle de gestion.

L'objectif est d'aller au-delà d'une fonction de comptabilité classique : vous serez amené à analyser les données, comprendre le business et devenir un véritable relais entre la Finance et les équipes opérationnelles.

Vos responsabilités

Comptabilité

  • Gérer la facturation et les paiements des auteurs ;
  • Vérifier les données et conditions contractuelles et préparer les relevés de droits ;
  • Assurer les opérations comptables et le suivi administratif et fiscal liés aux droits d'auteur.

Contrôle de gestion & analyse

  • Faire le lien entre la comptabilité et les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Participer à la comptabilité analytique, analyser les écarts et identifier les points de blocage ;
  • Contribuer aux calculs de prix de revient, à la valorisation des stocks et au suivi des écarts par rapport au budget ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus ;
  • Veiller à la bonne utilisation de l'ERP Oracle et participer à la digitalisation des processus.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale (GL) ;
  • Formation en comptabilité, gestion ou finance ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils financiers ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, analytique, polyvalent et autonome ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs non financiers ;
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer vers davantage d'analyse et de contrôle de gestion, plutôt que rester dans une fonction de comptabilité pure ;
  • Le français est indispensable, l'anglais constitue un plus.
