Cette fiduciaire en pleine croissance accueille une centaine de nouveaux clients chaque année sans jamais sacrifier la qualité de son accompagnement. Derrière cette évolution se cache une équipe jeune, soudée et composée exclusivement d'indépendants qui ont fait le choix de construire une collaboration durable plutôt que d'enchaîner les recrutements.

Aujourd'hui, les associés souhaitent franchir une nouvelle étape en intégrant un profil expérimenté capable de devenir un véritable relais auprès de l'équipe et des clients. L'objectif n'est pas de remplacer les gérants, mais de leur permettre de consacrer davantage de temps au développement du cabinet tout en vous offrant une fonction à forte valeur ajoutée.

Vos responsabilités

Vous intervenez comme référent technique et humain auprès des collaborateurs.

  • Superviser et accompagner une équipe de profils juniors et mediors dans leur évolution.
  • Participer aux réunions bilans, aux rendez-vous clients, aux missions de conseil et aux contrôles fiscaux.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des dirigeants d'entreprise, avec les associés toujours disponibles en soutien sur les dossiers stratégiques.
  • Revoir les dossiers, apporter votre expertise et contribuer à maintenir un haut niveau de qualité.
  • Mettre ponctuellement la main à l'encodage au début de votre intégration, le temps de découvrir les méthodes de travail du cabinet.

Votre profil d'un comptable / superviseur

Vous disposez de 6 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire et êtes autonome dans la gestion de dossiers. Vous appréciez autant la technique que les échanges avec les clients et avez envie de transmettre vos connaissances à une équipe.

Le titre ITAA n'est pas indispensable. En revanche, la volonté de continuer à apprendre est essentielle : le cabinet consacre d'ailleurs un budget annuel de 2.000 € à la formation de chaque collaborateur indépendant.

Une bonne maîtrise du français est attendue ; le néerlandais et/ou l'anglais constituent un réel atout pour accompagner une clientèle variée.
