Au sein d’un environnement engagé dans la protection des enfants et le soutien aux familles, tu rejoins une structure pluridisciplinaire où la rigueur financière, la transparence et la conformité jouent un rôle essentiel. La fonction contribue directement à la fiabilité des données comptables et au bon fonctionnement administratif de l’organisation.

  • Gestion de la comptabilité générale et analytique.
  • Suivi des opérations financières et administratives associées.
  • Contrôle trimestriel des comptes de bilan et réalisation des ajustements nécessaires.
  • Vérification et contrôle des pièces comptables (factures, notes de frais, justificatifs, etc.).
  • Imputation correcte des opérations, notamment en matière de TVA.
  • Contrôle de la concordance entre le grand livre et les comptes tiers et suivi des corrections.
  • Suivi des actifs immobiliers et gestion de l’inventaire des immobilisés.
  • Préparation des comptes annuels et participation aux déclarations fiscales.
  • Préparation des paiements fournisseurs.
  • Contrôle de la caisse et suivi des mouvements de trésorerie.
  • Émission et suivi des factures clients (subsides, sponsoring, formations, etc.).
  • Préparation de projections de trésorerie.
  • Encodage correct et dans les délais des opérations comptables et financières.
  • Répartition analytique des recettes et dépenses par département et par projet.
  • Contact avec le commissaire‑réviseur.
  • Bachelor en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique, avec minimum dix ans d’expérience utile.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels comptables, Excel et Word ; connaissance d’Adfinity (Easi) est un atout.
  • Grande rigueur, précision et méthode.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
  • Leadership et goût pour l’accompagnement de collègues.
  • Intégrité et discrétion dans le traitement des données.
  • Adhésion aux valeurs et missions de l’organisation et motivation à contribuer à un projet sociétal fort.
