Notre client est une PME bien implantée dans les services aux entreprises, qui accompagne depuis plusieurs années une clientèle de sociétés et d'organisations publiques. Avec une équipe d'une centaine de collaborateurs répartis entre le siège et le terrain, elle a bâti sa réputation sur la fiabilité de son travail et la qualité de ses relations dans la durée.

Votre rôle

Au sein du service comptabilité, vous êtes un maillon clé du quotidien financier de l'entreprise. Vous gérez la comptabilité courante en lien direct avec le Responsable comptable.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Tenir la comptabilité générale (fournisseurs et clients) dans le respect des procédures internes.
  • Gérer le cycle de facturation clients, de l'émission des factures jusqu'à l'encaissement.
  • Participer à la préparation des déclarations TVA et au respect des obligations fiscales.
  • Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires et les lettrages de comptes.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles & annuelles.
  • Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs internes pour fiabiliser l'information financière.

Votre profil

  • Vous avez environ 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale.
  • Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Adfinity, indispensable pour ce poste, et êtes à l'aise avec Excel.
  • Vous êtes fiable et rigoureux(se) dans votre travail.
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et appréciez travailler dans une ambiance conviviale.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et aimez comprendre ce qui se cache derrière les chiffres.
