Cette entreprise en croissance active dans le secteur des services liés à l'industrie textile recherche aujourd'hui un Comptable AP/AR afin de renforcer son équipe. Basée dans la région de Bruxelles, elle offre un environnement professionnel stable, convivial et tourné vers la collaboration.

L'équipe comptable est en pleine structuration : un membre expérimenté va prochainement évoluer vers un rôle de team lead, ce qui permettra un accompagnement clair et une montée en compétence progressive. L'entreprise valorise un style de management humain, une communication directe et un bon équilibre entre vie privée et professionnelle.

Missions / Responsabilités

En tant que Comptable AP/AR, vous intégrerez une petite équipe comptable de 2 à 3 personnes et participerez à la bonne gestion des flux financiers de l'entreprise. Vous bénéficierez d'un soutien rapproché tout en développant progressivement votre autonomie.

Vos responsabilités comprendront notamment :

  • Le traitement complet des factures fournisseurs (AP), de leur encodage à leur vérification.
  • La gestion des factures clients (AR) ainsi que les opérations de lettrage et de suivi administratif associé.
  • La participation aux tâches comptables courantes : imputations correctes, préparation des paiements, vérifications des pièces et archivage.
  • La collaboration avec le service interne dédié au recouvrement, sans prendre en charge la partie recouvrement.
  • Le soutien aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu'aux opérations courantes (vérifications, reports, contrôles).

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme en comptabilité ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous avez 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Miles, ce qui est indispensable pour ce poste.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les opérations AP/AR et avez envie de renforcer vos compétences techniques.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et appréciez les environnements où l'on peut poser des questions et apprendre.
  • Une bonne connaissance du français, néerlandais & anglais est requise
  • Une bonne communication et l'envie de travailler en équipe sont des atouts essentiels.
