The posting

Pas une grande machine comptable ni de hiérarchie à rallonge. Cette fiduciaire basée à Waterloo se veut familiale et connaît une belle croissance. La demande est telle qu'elle doit parfois décliner de nouveaux dossiers, faute de bras supplémentaires.

L'objectif ? Grandir progressivement, sans dépasser une dizaine de personnes et en conservant l'esprit familial, la proximité avec les clients et la liberté qui font son identité.

Les responsabilités - Comptable

  • Prendre en charge un portefeuille de dossiers variés : indépendants, sociétés et professions libérales.
  • Participer au nettoyage et à la préparation des dossiers comptables.
  • Ouvrir et préparer les bilans, avec une vraie autonomie sur les tâches confiées.avec v
  • Préparer les déclarations et assurer le suivi quotidien des clients.
  • Être régulièrement en contact direct avec les clients et, lorsque nécessaire, les accompagner en rendez-vous.

Le portefeuille est loin d'être monotone : jardinier indépendant, maison de repos, cabinet d'avocats… mais aussi plus d'une centaine de dossiers ISOC et des demandes ponctuelles de particuliers, notamment pour leurs déclarations fiscales.

Le profil recherché - Comptable

Nous cherchons surtout quelqu'un de fiable, autonome et à l'aise avec la comptabilité de A à Z. Savoir nettoyer un dossier, ouvrir un bilan et en assurer la préparation constitue déjà une excellente base. Une personne capable d'avancer seule et de prendre des initiatives serait particulièrement appréciée.

Pas besoin d'avoir le profil du comptable « corporate » : ici, la confiance compte davantage que le costume. La formation continue est encouragée grâce à un abonnement donnant accès à des formations et webinars à la carte.
