The posting

En tant que Comptable, vous occupez une fonction autonome au sein d’une entreprise en pleine expansion dans le secteur de la restauration. Vous veillez à la tenue d’une comptabilité correcte, complète et à jour, tout en participant activement aux clôtures, aux déclarations TVA, au reporting et à la digitalisation.

Vous rapportez au Responsable Finance et collaborez avec un cabinet comptable externe. Au-delà des opérations quotidiennes, vous contribuez à moderniser les processus financiers et à transformer les données en informations utiles grâce à Yuki, Silverfin et Power BI.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Encoder et contrôler les factures d’achat et de vente.
  • Traiter les opérations bancaires et les notes de frais.
  • Appliquer correctement les imputations analytiques.
  • Lettrer et réconcilier les comptes clients et fournisseurs.
  • Suivre les créances clients.
  • Préparer les paiements.
  • Utiliser Yuki pour l’automatisation et le reporting financier.
  • Utiliser Silverfin pour faciliter les réconciliations et la collaboration avec le cabinet externe.
  • Exploiter ou contribuer à l’utilisation de Power BI pour créer des tableaux de bord financiers dynamiques.
  • Préparer les déclarations TVA.
  • Participer activement aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
  • Identifier les anomalies comptables.
  • Proposer des améliorations et contribuer à l’automatisation des processus financiers.
  • Collaborer avec le Responsable Finance et le cabinet comptable externe.
  • Une formation de niveau bachelier en comptabilité ou une solide expérience équivalente constitue votre base.
  • La comptabilité générale et la TVA font partie de vos compétences.
  • Une maîtrise avérée ou une forte affinité avec Yuki, Silverfin et Power BI représente un atout déterminant.
  • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation caractérisent votre travail.
  • L’autonomie vous permet de prendre pleinement en charge vos responsabilités.
  • De bonnes capacités d’analyse vous aident à repérer rapidement les anomalies.
  • Une communication claire facilite vos échanges avec les collègues et les partenaires externes.
  • La gestion des priorités et le respect des délais font partie de vos points forts.
