En tant que Comptable Clients & Trésorerie, vous rejoignez une équipe financière composée de cinq collaborateurs au sein d’une entreprise active dans le foodservice et le commerce alimentaire de détail.

Vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion de la comptabilité clients B2B, le suivi des paiements et les opérations de trésorerie. En tant que Comptable Clients & Trésorerie, vous contribuez à la fiabilité des opérations financières et à la qualité du suivi administratif.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Encoder les factures de vente destinées aux clients B2B.
  • Contrôler l’exactitude des données de facturation.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des factures de vente.
  • Suivre les processus automatisés de refacturation.
  • Contrôler les données générées par les processus automatisés.
  • Lettrer les comptes clients.
  • Effectuer les réconciliations des comptes clients.
  • Identifier et analyser les écarts de paiement.
  • Résoudre les différences entre factures et paiements.
  • Traiter les demandes liées à la facturation.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients professionnels.
  • Relancer les clients en cas de retard de paiement.
  • Assurer le suivi des créances ouvertes.
  • Suivre les échéances de paiement.
  • Maintenir des contacts réguliers avec les franchisés.
  • Fournir aux franchisés des informations claires sur leur situation comptable.
  • Soutenir l’équipe en matière de comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le remplacement de collègues en cas d’absence.
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel en comptabilité générale.
  • Assurer le traitement comptable des ventes en caisse.
  • Contrôler la concordance entre les ventes et les encaissements.
  • Intégrer les fichiers bancaires.
  • Contrôler les données contenues dans les fichiers bancaires.
  • Préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs.
  • Préparer le paiement des loyers.
  • Contrôler les informations avant l’exécution des paiements.
  • Suivre les avances liées aux ristournes de fin d’année.
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus comptables.
  • Identifier les possibilités d’automatisation et d’optimisation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Une formation équivalente en comptabilité ou en finance peut également convenir.
  • Vous possédez au moins trois ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de la comptabilité clients.
  • Une expérience en trésorerie constitue un atout.
  • Vous maîtrisez les processus de facturation.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience avec le suivi des paiements.
  • Vous pouvez effectuer le lettrage et la réconciliation des comptes.
  • Vous êtes capable d’analyser et de résoudre des écarts comptables.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils Microsoft Office.
  • Vous possédez un niveau avancé en Excel.
  • Vous pouvez analyser et structurer des données financières.
  • Vous transformez les chiffres en informations pertinentes.
  • Vous prenez vos décisions sur la base d’analyses fiables.
  • Vous travaillez de manière précise et structurée.
  • Vous communiquez aisément avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous entretenez une collaboration efficace avec les équipes internes.
  • Vous communiquez professionnellement avec les partenaires externes.
  • Vous faites preuve d’initiative.
