En tant que Comptable, vous assurez l’enregistrement et le traitement correct des données comptables afin de garantir la fiabilité des comptes, du bilan annuel et des informations financières.

Vous rejoignez le département financier d’un établissement hospitalier et collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe comptable, le contrôle de gestion et les différents services internes.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Traiter les factures d’achat.
  • Traiter les factures de vente, à l’exception des factures destinées aux patients.
  • Contrôler et archiver les documents comptables.
  • Assurer le suivi des différentes opérations financières.
  • Suivre les créances ouvertes auprès des patients.
  • Assurer le suivi des créances auprès des mutualités.
  • Calculer les honoraires des médecins.
  • Préparer et exécuter le paiement des honoraires médicaux.
  • Participer à la préparation des clôtures comptables.
  • Préparer les informations nécessaires à l’audit annuel.
  • Veiller à l’exactitude et à l’exhaustivité des données comptables.
  • Contacter les différents services internes afin d’obtenir les informations nécessaires.
  • Collaborer avec le contrôle de gestion.
  • Participer à l’amélioration de la comptabilité analytique.
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation du reporting financier.
  • Préparer des informations financières fiables pour la hiérarchie.
  • Fournir des analyses permettant de soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Répondre aux questions internes relatives à la comptabilité.
  • Soutenir les collègues du département financier.
  • Exécuter diverses tâches administratives et financières.
  • Contribuer à la polyvalence et à la continuité du département financier.
  • Vous disposez de connaissances en comptabilité.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principes comptables de base.
  • Vous êtes capable de traiter et de contrôler des données financières.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur et précision.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit analytique.
  • Vous êtes organisé et gérez efficacement vos priorités.
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et d’adaptabilité.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes disposé à collaborer avec différents départements.
  • Vous communiquez de manière professionnelle avec vos collègues et la hiérarchie.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
  • Vous traitez les informations financières avec discrétion et fiabilité.
  • Vous êtes capable de respecter les délais comptables.
  • Vous souhaitez contribuer à l’amélioration des processus financiers.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’allemand et/ou le français.
  • La connaissance des deux langues constitue un atout important.
  • Une expérience en comptabilité hospitalière ou dans le secteur des soins de santé représente un plus.
  • Une expérience en clôture, reporting ou comptabilité analytique constitue un avantage.
