📍 Un projet solide, ancré localement

  • Présente dans plusieurs régions stratégiques (Hainaut, Liège, Brabant Wallon et Bruxelles), cette fiduciaire poursuit une croissance maîtrisée.
  • Le bureau du Brabant Wallon, situé à proximité de Louvain-la-Neuve, recherche aujourd'hui de nouveaux profils Seniors (min. 8 ans d'expérience) pour accompagner cette évolution.
  • Malgré son développement, l'objectif reste inchangé : conserver un esprit familial et une vraie proximité entre les équipes.

Votre rôle au quotidien

En tant que gestionnaire de dossiers expérimenté, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille clients de manière autonome et devenez un véritable point de référence pour vos dossiers.

Vos responsabilités seront notamment de :

  • Gérer vos dossiers comptables de A à Z : encodage, clôtures, déclarations fiscales et obligations légales ;
  • Assurer le suivi régulier avec vos clients et les accompagner dans leurs besoins comptables et fiscaux ;
  • Analyser les situations financières et apporter un réel conseil à vos interlocuteurs ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail et au partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe ;
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs moins expérimentés dans leur montée en compétences.

Profil comptable recherché

Vous êtes un comptable autonome qui souhaite rejoindre une structure où votre expertise sera reconnue et où vous pourrez continuer à évoluer.

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Dispose d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire ;
  • Apprécie le contact client et souhaite jouer un rôle de conseiller plutôt que simplement d'exécutant ;
  • A envie de contribuer à un projet en croissance et de participer à la construction d'une fiduciaire moderne
  • Esprit pédagogue, aime le partage
