Au sein d’un groupe international engagé dans une mobilité durable, vous occupez en tant que Comptable expérimenté un rôle clé dans l’optimisation des processus comptables et la gestion des clôtures mensuelles. La fonction de Comptable expérimenté combine analyse, conformité, coordination avec les services partagés et collaboration avec les départements opérationnels. En tant que Comptable expérimenté, vous êtes l’interlocuteur principal des auditeurs et garantissez la qualité des opérations financières du groupe.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Participer au processus de clôture mensuelle, y compris les provisions et la résolution des anomalies fournisseurs.
  • Superviser les campagnes de réconciliation du bilan en coordination avec les centres de services partagés.
  • Préparer et analyser les écritures comptables liées à la paie des employés en Belgique.
  • Superviser les écritures comptables liées aux couvertures financières traitées par le centre de services en Inde.
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus.
  • Préparer les déclarations fiscales, y compris la consolidation et l’analyse des dépenses non déductibles.
  • Collaborer avec les départements opérationnels (RH, trésorerie) pour garantir une gestion fluide des processus comptables.
  • Agir comme point de contact pour les auditeurs et répondre à leurs demandes.
  • Diplôme en finance avec spécialisation en comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion.
  • Environ 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans une organisation matricielle.
  • Maîtrise de SAP, Excel et des systèmes de facturation électronique.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de clôture comptable et de réconciliation du bilan.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes comptables et fiscales.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer avec des parties prenantes variées.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais; la maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer le changement et à mettre en œuvre de nouveaux processus avec proactivité et résilience.
