Binnen een internationale en groeiende organisatie krijg je als comptable – finance & amélioration continue een rol die verder gaat dan klassieke boekhouding. De functie combineert accounting, controlling, procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering, waardoor jouw expertise als comptable – finance & amélioration continue een directe impact heeft op de evolutie van de financiële afdeling.

Je werkt in een Finance‑team van drie personen en ondersteunt een CFO die expert‑comptable gecertificeerd is. De organisatie staat op een belangrijk kantelpunt: de migratie naar Odoo, waarbij niet alleen het systeem verandert, maar ook de volledige manier van werken wordt geoptimaliseerd.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actieve deelname aan de migratie en implementatie van Odoo.
  • Encoderen en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Uitvoeren van btw‑verplichtingen en voorbereiden van ISOC‑aangiftes.
  • Opstellen van budgetten, dashboards en kostenanalyses.
  • Uitvoeren van performance‑analyses en controlling.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële audits.
  • Verbeteren, digitaliseren en automatiseren van financiële en administratieve processen.

Als comptable – finance & amélioration continue krijg je ruimte om te analyseren, voorstellen te doen en actief mee te bouwen aan een moderne Finance‑werking.

  • Bachelor of master in comptabilité, fiscalité of finance.
  • Eerste ervaring in boekhouding (1 tot 5 jaar).
  • Sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Interesse in digitale tools, automatisatie en AI.
  • Goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Analytisch, nieuwsgierig, gestructureerd en in staat om het geheel te overzien.
  • Zin om te leren, te verbeteren en actief bij te dragen aan de evolutie van de organisatie.
