Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et recherchez un rôle clé dans le cycle fournisseurs ? Vous aimez structurer, analyser et garantir la fiabilité des processus comptables ? Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement industriel international situé à Wavre ? Une fonction polyvalente où rigueur et collaboration font la différence vous motive ?

Tâches du Comptable Fournisseurs :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus comptes fournisseurs, de la réception à l'encodage et à l'approbation des factures dans SAP, avec ou sans bon de commande
  • Veiller au respect des conditions et délais de paiement
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles AP (accruals, analyses, reporting)
  • Traiter les notes de frais jusqu'à leur imputation comptable
  • Assurer l'imputation des factures liées à la flotte automobile
  • Contrer et valider les imputations comptables, analytiques et la codification TVA
  • Assurer le suivi des rappels fournisseurs et gérer les litiges
  • Effectuer les réconciliations, le lettrage et l'analyse des comptes fournisseurs
  • Communiquez efficacement avec les fournisseurs et les clients internes
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements afin de garantir le respect des procédures financières et comptables

Le profil idéal du Comptable Fournisseurs :

  • Bachelier en comptabilité
  • Maîtrise de SAP ou d'un ERP similaire
  • Bonne connaissance d'Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques, VLOOKUP…)
  • Solides compétences analytiques et approche proactive dans la résolution de problèmes
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et la suite Microsoft Office
  • Autonomie et orientation solutions
  • Bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité générale, de la TVA belge et des processus AP
  • Rigueur, organisation, précision et sens de la confidentialité
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et plusieurs tâches simultanément dans le respect des délais
  • Français courant et niveau opérationnel en anglais
