Nous recherchons un(e) comptable motivé(e) qui souhaite évoluer au sein d'un environnement international, développer ses compétences et prendre part à un projet stratégique : l'internalisation progressive de notre comptabilité et le déploiement de notre nouvel ERP Odoo.

Au-delà de la gestion comptable quotidienne, nous vous offrons l'opportunité de contribuer activement à la transformation de nos processus et de participer à une aventure professionnelle riche en apprentissages.

Votre mission

En collaboration directe avec notre Responsable Comptabilité Groupe et l'équipe Finance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion comptable de nos différentes entités et participerez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos outils et méthodes de travail.

Vos principales responsabilités;

Participer à un projet de transformation stratégique

  • Reprendre progressivement les dossiers comptables actuellement gérés par nos partenaires externes.
  • Participer activement à la mise en place et au déploiement de l'ERP Odoo.
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation et à la modernisation de nos processus comptables. Assurer la gestion comptable quotidienne
  • Encoder les achats, ventes et opérations bancaires.
  • Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des clôtures de caisse de nos différentes boutiques.
  • Effectuer le lettrage, le suivi et l'analyse des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les relances clients.
  • Comptabiliser les opérations diverses liées à la paie et aux provisions.
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations intercompagnies et leurs réconciliations.
  • Gérer les immobilisations. Participer aux clôtures et aux audits
  • Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Préparer les informations nécessaires aux audits.
  • Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes et les différents interlocuteurs financiers. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes internes, nos boutiques et nos partenaires externes, dans un contexte favorisant l'autonomie, l'échange et le développement des compétences.

Nous cherchons avant tout une personne enthousiaste, impliquée et désireuse de grandir avec nous.

Vous êtes probablement la personne idéale si :

  • Vous disposez d'un bachelier en comptabilité ou d'une formation équivalente.
  • Vous possédez idéalement entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale.
  • Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux comptables et êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux.
  • La connaissance d'Odoo constitue un véritable atout.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et possédez un bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et autonome.
  • Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous êtes curieux, proactif et motivé par les projets d'amélioration et de changement. Une expérience dans un environnement multi-entités est appréciée, mais votre motivation et votre envie d'apprendre feront avant tout la différence.
