En tant que Comptable, vous rejoignez l’équipe Finance d’une intercommunale publique de financement. Vous participez à la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité ainsi qu’à la préparation des comptes individuels et consolidés.

Vous contribuez également au développement des outils et procédures de contrôle de gestion de l’intercommunale et de ses différentes filiales.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité.
  • Traiter la facturation.
  • Enregistrer et contrôler les factures d’achat.
  • Encoder les différentes opérations comptables.
  • Vérifier l’exactitude des données comptables.
  • Préparer les déclarations fiscales.
  • Participer à la préparation des inventaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des mouvements bancaires.
  • Encoder et contrôler les opérations financières.
  • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires.
  • Préparer les comptes périodiques.
  • Participer à la préparation des comptes annuels.
  • Préparer les comptes consolidés.
  • Coordonner la collecte des données nécessaires à la consolidation.
  • Vérifier la cohérence des informations comptables.
  • Réaliser les différentes opérations de clôture.
  • Établir les formalités fiscales.
  • Respecter les échéances comptables et fiscales.
  • Participer à la mise en place d’outils de contrôle de gestion.
  • Contribuer au développement des procédures de contrôle interne.
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus comptables et financiers.
  • Soutenir le contrôle de gestion de l’intercommunale.
  • Participer au suivi financier des filiales.
  • Structurer et documenter les procédures comptables.
  • Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs financiers.
  • Garantir la confidentialité des informations comptables et financières.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Un CESS à orientation comptable peut également convenir.
  • Si vous disposez d’un CESS à orientation comptable, vous justifiez d’au moins cinq ans d’expérience en fiduciaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principes de la comptabilité générale.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances en matière de clôtures comptables.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec la préparation des déclarations fiscales.
  • Vous êtes capable de contrôler et de vérifier des données comptables.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne maîtrise d’Excel.
  • Vous utilisez aisément la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils et logiciels comptables.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur.
  • Vous êtes précis dans le traitement des informations financières.
  • Vous faites preuve de discrétion.
  • Vous traitez les informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français écrit.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français oral.
  • La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout.
  • La connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée.
  • Vous respectez les échéances comptables et fiscales.
  • Vous êtes capable de collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous vous intéressez au contrôle de gestion et à l’amélioration des procédures.
