The posting

  • Encodage des journaux comptables (achats, ventes, financiers, caisse, opérations diverses)
  • Préparation à la clôture des comptes, gestion des budgets et suivi des contacts avec la fiduciaire
  • Refacturation clients et intra-groupe
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers Tax-Shelter :Relation avec les investisseurs et les intermédiaires Préparation des demandes d'agrément (SPF Finances, FWB, etc.) Rédaction de rapports, afin d'assumer la conformité réglementaire
  • Rassemblement, vérification et archivage des pièces justificatives
  • Suivi rigoureux des projets : contrôle des données financières, reporting
  • Support administratif global de l'entreprise (classement, rédaction, appui ponctuel aux autres pôles)
  • Diplôme en comptabilité, gestion ou finances (bachelier ou master)
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels comptables BOB 50 ou Winbooks, et d'Excel
  • Une connaissance du Tax-Shelter
  • Maîtrise du logiciel d'E-facturation Peppol est un atout
  • Esprit rigoureux, méthodique et autonome
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
  • Bon sens des responsabilités, autonome et proactif·ve
  • Aisance avec les chiffres et bonnes capacités d'analyse
  • Excellente communication en français, bonnes bases en néerlandais et en anglais
  • Capacité d'adaptation, fiabilité et esprit d'équipe, prise d'initiative
  • Résidence à Bruxelles
  • Un contrat temps partie (d'un an), avec possibilité de prolongation ( Flexijob autorisé)
  • Un cadre de travail agréable, humain et stimulant
