Notre client est une entreprise belge active dans la distribution B2B, qui connaît aujourd'hui une phase de croissance et de structuration importante.

Vous rejoindrez une organisation internationale disposant d'une équipe Finance à taille humaine, dans laquelle les responsabilités sont variées et offrent une vision globale du fonctionnement financier de l'entreprise. La société poursuit également la modernisation de ses outils et de ses processus afin d'accompagner son développement.

Votre fonction

En tant que Comptable Senior, vous rejoignez l'équipe Finance en tant que véritable relais entre le responsable comptable et l'équipe opérationnelle.

Votre fonction combine comptabilité générale, clôtures, trésorerie, analyse des coûts et amélioration des processus. Vous bénéficierez d'une réelle autonomie tout en restant proche des équipes et du management.

Vos responsabilités

  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et garantir la fiabilité des comptes dans les délais impartis ;
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien de la trésorerie et préparer les prévisions de cash-flow ;
  • Réaliser les réconciliations et assurer le suivi des opérations entre différentes entités ;
  • Analyser les principaux postes de dépenses et identifier des pistes d'optimisation ;
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi des déclarations TVA ;
  • Collaborer avec les différents partenaires externes sur les sujets financiers ;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus comptables ;
  • Apporter votre soutien technique aux autres membres de l'équipe et partager vos connaissances.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en comptabilité générale ;
  • Vous êtes rapidement autonome sur les clôtures et les opérations comptables courantes ;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement international ou multi-entités constitue un atout ;
  • Vous êtes analytique, curieux, pragmatique et orienté solutions ;
  • Vous appréciez autant les responsabilités analytiques que les aspects opérationnels de la comptabilité ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais ;
  • Vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique où les processus continuent d'évoluer.
