Notre client est un groupe familial belge, acteur de référence depuis plusieurs décennies dans le secteur de la construction et des solutions techniques pour le bâtiment. Présent dans plusieurs pays européens, il centralise une partie importante de ses activités financières en Belgique.

Afin de renforcer son département financier, nous recherchons aujourd'hui un(e) Comptable GL Senior pour rejoindre son siège situé dans le Brabant wallon.

Vous intégrerez une équipe financière à taille humaine (petite dizaines de personnes) et collaborerez directement avec le Head of Accounting et le CFO.

Vos responsabilités :

En tant que Comptable GL Senior, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion comptable des entités qui vous seront confiées (Avec l'appui de l'ensemble de l'équipe) :

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Réconcilier, analyser et justifier les comptes ;
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles des entités du Benelux ;
  • Tout en assurant ces clôtures comptables conformément aux normes BE GAAP, à savoir : Préparer les différents éléments nécessaires aux clôtures et aux bilans ; Veiller au respect des obligations comptables, fiscales et légales ; Participer aux calculs d'impôts et aux différentes obligations fiscales ; Réconcilier les comptes intragroupes ;

Mais aussi :

  • Préparer et analyser les reportings financiers mensuels à destination du CFO et du Head of Accounting ;
  • Identifier les éventuelles anomalies et apporter des solutions ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables dont la digitalisation et l'optimisation du département financier.

Le profil « idéal » :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier en Comptabilité et disposez idéalement de d'au moins 5 années d'expérience en comptabilité générale.

Par ailleurs, vous avez une réelle volonté d'évoluer dans la fonction et au sein de ce département financier.

Par ailleurs :

  • Vous êtes autonome et proactif(ve) dans votre travail ;
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel ; avec une connaissance de WinBooks ou Odoo constituant un atout important ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais.
  • Une expérience en fiduciaire peut constituer un réel avantage grâce à l'autonomie et à la diversité des dossiers acquises dans ce type d'environnement.
