Nous recherchons une personne titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité, disposant d'une expérience professionnelle pertinente en lien avec la fonction. Le candidat ou la candidate possède une bonne maîtrise des principes comptables et est capable d'assurer de manière autonome la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité.

Au-delà des compétences techniques, la personne manifeste un intérêt réel pour le secteur de la jeunesse défavorisée, notamment dans les domaines de la cohésion sociale et de l'aide à la jeunesse. Cette sensibilité constitue un atout essentiel pour évoluer au sein d'une structure engagée socialement.

Sur le plan opérationnel, le profil recherché est en mesure d'assurer :

  • la tenue de la comptabilité journalière de l'association,
  • l'encodage des différentes pièces comptables (factures, opérations diverses, extraits bancaires, salaires, etc.),
  • la gestion administrative liée aux prestations du personnel.
  • la gestion de la justification comptable des différentes subventions ( AAJ, Cohésion Sociale, ONE..)

La maîtrise du logiciel FALCO représente un atout appréciable.

Par ailleurs, nous attendons une personne flexible et polyvalente, capable de soutenir ses collègues dans diverses tâches administratives et de contribuer activement au bon fonctionnement du service. L'autonomie, la rigueur, le sens de l'organisation ainsi que l'esprit d'équipe sont des qualités indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction.

  • Titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité études/formations avec expériences professionnelles pertinentes en lien avec la fonction
  • Intérêt réel pour le secteur de la jeunesse défavorisée
  • Attitude flexible pour pouvoir aider ses collègues dans d'autres tâches administratives, comptables, ... éventuelles
  • Tenue de la comptabilité journalière de l'association
  • Encodage des différentes pièces comptables (factures, OD, extraits, salaires, etc)
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • La maîtrise du logiciel "FALCO" est un atout
  • Sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités
  • Empathie, patience et ouverture d'esprit
