The posting

Sous la supervision du Responsable Administratif et Financier, vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion comptable quotidienne de l'ambassade, en veillant au respect des normes comptables belges et internationales applicables aux représentations diplomatiques.

💼 Vos missions principales incluent :

  • Salaire des employees
  • Enregistrement et traitement des opérations comptables courantes (facturation, paiements, recettes, etc.)
  • Préparation des états financiers périodiques
  • Gestion des déclarations fiscales et sociales locales
  • Suivi des budgets et reporting financier
  • Établissement des rapports financiers destinés au siège central ou aux autorités du pays d'origine
  • Archivage et organisation des documents comptables
  • Coordination avec les organismes externes (banques, cabinets comptables, administrations belges)

profil recherché :

  • Expérience avérée dans la comptabilité d'une ambassade ou d'une organisation internationale
  • Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle en comptabilité publique ou dans une structure diplomatique / ONG internationale
  • Maîtrise parfaite de la langue arabe (écrite, orale et lecture)
  • Excellente maîtrise du français ; connaissance du néerlandais est un atout important
  • Bonne connaissance des principes comptables belges et/ou internationaux
  • Rigueur, discrétion, sens des responsabilités et excellent esprit d'analyse
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
  • Doit résider en Belgique
