The posting

En tant que comptable interne, vous assurez la gestion comptable quotidienne de l'association.

Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe Finance, sous la supervision du Finance Manager et du Director of Projects Finance. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

  • Créer les bons de commande pour les frais de fonctionnement
  • Encoder les factures fournisseurs et les notes de frais dans le logiciel Odoo.
  • Préparer les paiements hebdomadaires et les rapprochements bancaires
  • Enregistrer les transactions par carte de crédit
  • Analyser les comptes clients et fournisseurs ouverts
  • Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées à la comptabilité et aux paiements au sein de l'organisation

Vous êtes diplômé·e en comptabilité, plein·e d'initiative, autonome, curieux·se, créatif·ve, flexible et orienté·e résultats.

Les compétences et l'expérience nécessaires pour réussir dans ce poste comprennent* :

  • au moins 1 an d'expérience professionnelle en comptabilité fournisseurs
  • bonne connaissance des normes comptables belges (Belgian GAAP)
  • bonne connaissance de l'anglais (B2) et parfaite maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais (C1)
  • connaissance de l'un des principaux logiciels comptables belges
  • excellent sens de l'organisation et grande rigueur
  • excellente capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps
  • approche orientée vers la résolution de problèmes
  • expérience du travail en autonomie et en équipe
