The posting

Dans une fiduciaire familiale qui a traversé deux décennies sans perdre son âme, un duo père-fils pilote aujourd'hui une maison comptable en pleine modernisation. Leur force ? Une relation de proximité avec leurs 300 clients, une ambiance simple, humaine, où l'on passe au bureau comme chez des voisins.

Après avoir rénové les espaces, revu l'identité visuelle et intégré des outils modernes, ils souhaitent accueillir un·e comptable de minimum 3 ans d'expérience afin de permettre à l'administrateur de se consacrer enfin à ce qu'il aime le plus : le contact client et la prospection. Ici, la stabilité n'est pas un argument marketing : c'est la réalité du quotidien.

Responsabilités d'un comptable en fiduciaire

  • Gestion portefeuille : Reprendre une partie des dossiers « gros clients » et accompagner les nouveaux entrants.
  • Production comptable : Superviser les encodages réalisés par le junior et la secrétaire, assurer les clôtures et les déclarations.
  • Relation client : Entretenir un lien direct, humain, avec des clients fidèles depuis des années.
  • Odoo : Travailler sur Odoo pour fluidifier les process et décharger l'administrateur.
  • Support stratégique : Contribuer à la croissance, notamment en vue d'un futur deuxième bureau en Wallonie.

Profil d'un comptable en fiduciaire :

  • Expérience confirmée : Minimum 3 ans en fiduciaire, avec une vraie autonomie.
  • Stabilité professionnelle : tu cherches un lieu où terminer votre carrière sereinement.
  • Maîtrise Odoo : Atout majeur pour reprendre les clients digitalisés.
  • Esprit familial : tu apprécies les environnements humains, sans turnover, où chacun compte.
