Notre client est une scale-up belge en forte croissance, active dans le secteur de la transition énergétique. L'entreprise développe et propose des solutions liées à la mobilité électrique et à la production d'énergie renouvelable, auprès d'une clientèle composée de particuliers, d'entreprises et d'acteurs publics.

Vous rejoindrez une structure autonome, soutenue par un groupe belge solide, dans un environnement entrepreneurial où les outils, les processus et l'organisation évoluent rapidement. L'équipe Finance, à taille humaine, offre une exposition large et permet à chacun de développer rapidement ses compétences.

Votre fonction

En tant que Comptable Junior/Médior, vous intégrez l'équipe Finance et prenez en charge un périmètre comptable opérationnel couvrant plusieurs entités.

Votre rôle sera particulièrement varié : encodage, banques, créances, clôtures et reporting. Sous la tutelle du Chef-Comptable, vous serez progressivement amené à gagner en autonomie sur les clôtures et à participer à l'amélioration des processus financiers. C'est un environnement qui vous permettra d'évoluer rapidement en compétences si vous en avez la motivation !

Vos responsabilités

  • Encoder les factures d'achat et de vente ;
  • Assurer le suivi des transactions bancaires et réaliser les rapprochements ;
  • Suivre les comptes du grand livre et encoder les notes de frais ;
  • Assurer le suivi des créances clients et des rappels, principalement par e-mail ;
  • Traiter les tickets et demandes des clients et fournisseurs ;
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu'à la préparation des audits ;
  • Collecter les données nécessaires aux reportings destinés au management et aux auditeurs ;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et à l'utilisation des outils digitaux et de l'IA.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'environ 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ;
  • Vous avez idéalement déjà été exposé à une clôture annuelle ou à un audit ;
  • La connaissance d'Odoo est un réel atout ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; le néerlandais constitue un plus ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, proactif, curieux et aimez apprendre dans un environnement en évolution.
