Une fiduciaire où la technologie fait gagner du temps… pour mieux se consacrer aux clients.

Certaines fiduciaires investissent dans la digitalisation pour suivre la tendance. Ici, elle fait partie de l'ADN depuis plusieurs années. Paperless, dotée d'un centre d'encodage dédié pour une partie des dossiers et portée par une croissance constante, cette structure permet à ses collaborateurs de se concentrer sur ce qui apporte réellement de la valeur : l'analyse, le conseil et la relation client.

L'équipe, composée de professionnels expérimentés âgés d'une trentaine à une quarantaine d'années, évolue dans une ambiance conviviale où le lunch est souvent partagé ensemble. Les activités d'équipe reprennent également leur place : week-end gastronomique et wellness dans les Ardennes, rafting, restaurants ou encore journées mêlant réflexion collective et activités ludiques. L'objectif est simple : créer une équipe soudée où chacun prend plaisir à travailler.

Les responsabilités d'un comptable en fiduciaire

Vous intégrerez une équipe en pleine réorganisation de son portefeuille afin de répartir les dossiers de manière équilibrée. Grâce à une structure déjà bien digitalisée et à un centre d'encodage externe, votre rôle sera principalement orienté vers des missions à forte valeur ajoutée.

Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

  • Gérer vos dossiers en parfaite autonomie jusqu'aux clôtures.
  • Réaliser les déclarations fiscales et assurer le suivi comptable complet.
  • Recevoir vos clients, répondre à leurs questions et les accompagner dans leurs décisions.
  • Apporter un véritable rôle de conseiller auprès de votre portefeuille.
  • Collaborer avec les associés et l'équipe sur les dossiers complexes.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes un comptable expérimenté qui apprécie l'autonomie et la relation client.

Vous disposez notamment de :

  • Minimum 6 années d'expérience en fiduciaire.
  • La capacité de gérer des clôtures de manière autonome.
  • Une aisance dans les rendez-vous clients et une approche orientée conseil.
  • Une bonne connaissance de Winbooks, Octopus, FidManager, TwinnTax.

Les experts-comptables ITAA présents au sein de la structure peuvent également assurer un rôle de maître de stage pour les collaborateurs souhaitant poursuivre leur évolution.
